If you exceed your included calls limit, each additional call costs $1.50 (Starter) or $1.20 (Professional). We notify you when you reach 80% of your limit so you can decide whether to upgrade your plan or continue with the additional usage charge. The Enterprise plan includes unlimited calls.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, changes are immediate and you only pay the prorated difference. If you downgrade, changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle and we refund the difference proportionally.

Do you offer annual payment discounts?

Yes, annual payment gives you a 20% discount on the monthly price. For example, the Professional plan costs $599/month billed monthly, but only $479/month ($5,748/year) if you pay annually, saving $1,800 per year. Additionally, we offer extra discounts for multiple clinics.
